This daily, step-by-step process will help you feel ALIVE again! With bite-sized tasks designed to help you connect to YOU, this challenge will give you the relaxation and clarity you are looking for.  For 15 minutes a day, you will hang up the Supermom Cape and learn to listen to your higher self (yes, you do have one!).

At the end of two weeks, you will have developed a habit of tuning in and learning to trust in your inner wisdom. Continuing and expanding on this becomes easier once the initial habit is in place.
